How will my package be shipped?

     Your order will come securely and discreetly shipped in plain brown wrapping.

When will it get here?

     We process orders and ship immediately from our Indiana warehouse through the US Postal service Mon-Fri. Please see the optional charges section below. We do not ship on Sat. or Sun. Our standard shipping charge is $5.00 for the first item, plus $1.00 for each additional item.

What if I want my package to be here immediately?

     You may elect to upgrade to Priority Mail for $15.00 for the first item. Each additional item is $1.25. You will get your package in 3 to 5 business days.
Upgrade to Express Mail for $26.50 and get it in one to two days. You can also use UPS Next Day for $26.50 and get it in one day. Use UPS 2nd-Day for only $16.50. Use UPS Ground for $10.00 and get it in 5 to 7 business days. Each additional item after the first sent Express Mail or UPS is only $1.25.

Can I ship to my PO Box?

     For an additional fee of $2.00, we can ship to your PO Box.

What is the difference between using Express Mail and UPS?

     UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes, but. Express Mail can.

What areas do you not ship products?

     Due to the extreme nature of our products, we are prohibited from shipping items to the following zip codes: The entire States of AZ, and KY. Northern portion of FL (32013, 32066, 32300-32699, and 34400-34499)

What methods of payment do you accept?

     We accept checks, money orders, and three major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. All credit cards must have a valid expiration date. What are the optional charges?

     Please allow 18 working days for personal checks to clear, or you can add $2 for 24-hr in-house check clearance. For 100% delivery insurance to guarantee your package is fully insured, add $2. For in-house priority service to guarantee your order will be handled and processed on a priority basis by our trained staff, add $2.

How can I order by fax?

     At the checkout counter, print out the order page from the web site and fax the order to 1-817-527-0889.

Can you mail me a catalog?

     We would be happy to send you a full-color catalog by mail. Simply send us your name and the shipping address to CatReq@. You can also call us , fax a request to 1-817-527-0889, or mail a request to PO Box M827 Gary, IN 46401. Make sure you specify in writing that you want a full color catalog.

What do I do if an item I receive is defective?

     Merchandise returned for exchange will receive our prompt attention. There are absolutely no returns on any merchandise unless defective and returned within 30 days. The returned items will be replaced with the same merchandise. If you are returning a defective video, please rewind to where defect begins. Please use original box and packing materials, if in good condition, and ship parcels to Products, 2900 East 83rd Place, PO Box 10688, Merrillville, IN 46411. Please be aware that it takes time for us to receive your merchandise, carefully process your request, and ship your order back to you.

How do I check on my order's shipping status?

     To check the status of your order online, please refer to your order confirmation notice, sent to you by email. CLICK HERE to check the status of your order. If you wish to inquire by telephone about an order already placed and a minimum of three working days have passed, please call our shipping department at 1-800-531-4111. We are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (CST), Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (CST) on Saturday. Please have the order date and list of items ordered ready when you call.

How do I take advantage of offers in the mail-order catalog that are not on the web site?

     We are currently taking measures to ensure all offers from our printed catalog are the same on our web site. In the meantime, you can print out the order and mail it to us at PO Box M827 Gary, IN 46401, call us with the order , or fax it to us at 1-817-527-0889. If sending by mail or fax, make sure you write the offer you are taking advantage of at the bottom of the order form page. If it is offered in the catalog, we will honor this offer. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and are taking immediate measure to correct this problem.

What about back orders?

     Although it is unlikely, if your item is on back order due to unpredictable demand, it will take two to four weeks for us to fill it. Your credit card will NOT be charged for back order items until they are shipped to you.

How long will my order take to ship?

     Barring any technical problems or back orders, and if you properly fill out the billing and shipping forms on the site, next day air orders placed BEFORE 1pm CST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Obviously, there is no next day delivery on Sundays.

If your item is back ordered, you will not be charged until the item is shipped and you will not be responsible for the express shipping charges.

Standard orders will take 2 to 3 weeks and Priority orders 5 to 7 business days.

Foreign orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery and are not guaranteed to pass through customs. It is your responsiblity to know the Customs standards in your country. Refunds will not be issued in this case.

Please be advised our shipping warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, therefore orders placed on the weekend may take an extra day or so.

As with all Internet companies, technical glitches may delay your order and failure to correctly fill out our order forms will definitely delay your order.

To ensure prompt delivery, make sure you correctly fill out BOTH the billing address form and the shipping address form. There is a check box you can click to save you time if both addresses are the same.
